We do dockside servicing or we can put your boat on a trailer (under 30 ft) and bring it to our full service facility. We service all types of diesel and gas engines whether they are I/O or Inboard.

 At Blue Water Marine Repair we also have a well-stocked parts department for Volvo Penta. One of the advantages of being in business for 49 years is being able to locate those hard to find parts. Special orders are available within 3 days or overnight.

Blue Water technician arrived promptly to examine my boat on my lift. He promptly diagnosed the problem (worn belt) and immediately set to work on the repair. Upon discovering he did not have the proper belt in his truck, he returned to their shop, returned with the right belt and did not charge for the extra time. He also explained ongoing maintenance that I should plan on and described some nuances of the outdrive that my dealer's repair shop never bothered to discuss. Outstanding job and very professional service. I will definitely use Blue Water for all my marine repair needs in the future.

Had engine problems on my boat. I called this service company after seeing one of their service trucks on the road. They were able to schedule an appointment at my dockside, come to my home on time and complete the service in one stop. The technician was very neat and professional in his appearance and quite knowledgeable about Volvo Penta products. Infact, he was also very current with Volvo Penta's newest IPS drive and some of the issues with that new propulsion system. The tech found the issue quickly, showed me what the issue was and how I could repair the issue in the future. Worn distributor cap and rotor was the issue. Also, while at the service stop, the outdrive trim pump was showing signs of water infiltration in the trim pump reserve. He inspected the supply lines on the outside of the boat and identified the issue. Hopefully will have that issue resolved when the boat is taken to the shop for service. Excellent service call from Blue Water Marine. They promised and delivered everything from the appointment to fixing my problem.

Thanks for sticking so close to the original forecast repair schedule. Took the boat out for a short sail and everything seemed to be working just fine - no pump leaks. Please tell Bob I appreciate his work and attention to closing the boat up as per my request.
